Nothing Better

Last night I was reading about a man who knew his days were soon to be coming to an end here on earth. The perspective he had made me think. He wasn't worried about the future or thinking about his past, but his focus was on enjoying every day he had left.

Quite honestly, this man had been given a few numbers of days he had to live, but no one knows how many days we have. When Todd died instantly at age 16 this was an eye-opener to me.

Our Bible verse says, "I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live." Ecclesiastes 3:12 NIV

The good Lord has given us our life to enjoy. This verse says there is nothing better than to be happy and do good while you're here.
