Be Mindful

If you ever go on a diet, they always say to be mindful of what you eat. I think a lot of times we don't pay much attention to what we are eating. We see a bowl of candy and just pop one in our mouth without really thinking about it.
The same is true about the other things we are putting in our bodies. We allow bad thoughts to tear us down emotionally. We seldom think of asking God to fill us with His love.
Our Bible verse says, "Fill us each morning with Your constant love, so that we may sing and be glad all our life." Psalm 90:14 GNT
When we are mindful to ask the LORD to fill us each morning with His constant love, we will be glad we did.
Your diet is not only what you eat. Be mindful of what you put into your body emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
