Personally, for me, I believe we should praise and trust God in our ups and our downs. When we keep our focus on Him we will be praising and trusting God in every situation good and bad.
Our Bible verse says, "Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Remember the LORD in everything you do, and He will show you the right way." Proverbs 3:5&6
We do not understand everything that's going on. But when we trust the LORD with all of our hearts and remember Him in all that we do, He will show us the right way to live.
