There are different ways of looking at something. If you only see what's wrong with everything that's all you will see. However, if you choose to look for the good, you'll see that too.
Our Bible verse says, "Finally brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable--if there is any moral excellence and if there is anything praiseworthy--dwell on these things." Philippians 4:8 CSB
When we dwell on whatever is praiseworthy etc we have set our minds of things that are worth thinking about. When we do we will be living our best life.
