Yesterday I made a German Coffee Cake. I was planning to take some to give to a friend. However, I didn't realize the nuts I was putting in had gone bad. They looked just fine but they made the coffee cake have an odd taste. The lesson I learned was to check the date on the nuts.
Our Bible verse says, "And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them." Roamans 8:28 NLT
Even our mistakes God can work out for good even if it's only a lesson learned.
