When we try to control and figure everything out we enjoy nothing. When we relax and stay in peace we have more power and energy.
The Bible is full of verses that tell us how to relax and live in peace. One of my favorites is, "Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done." Philippians 4:6 NLT
We will enjoy life more when we stay in peace. We won't worry and stress if we will pray about everything. Let's tell God what we need and thank Him for what He's done. Then relax, breathe, let go and live.
