These are great things to remember as we journey through life. God is our hope. He is our strength. And He is our comforter.

Our Bible verse says. Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again— my Savior and my God! Psalm 43:5 NLT

Sometimes, we must talk to ourselves and ask questions when we feel discouraged and sad. Then, we can tell ourselves that we will put our hope in God. When we do, we will remember everything we have to praise Him for.
