One way to be aware of God's presence is to talk to Him mentally. I personally talk to God all day. Knowing God is with me helps me feel renewed, rejuvenated, and refreshed.

Our Bible verse says. Seek the LORD and his strength; seek his presence continually! 1 Chronicles 16:11 ESV

Continually seeking the LORD's strength and presence helps us live a more stress-free life.
