Prime The Pump

One small positive thought in the morning can change your whole day. ~ Think About Good Things ~

When I read this quote, I thought about priming a pump. All you needed to start the water flowing was a small amount of water. It's the same with our thoughts. If we start thinking one small positive thought, it creates a flow of good thoughts.

Our Bible verse says, Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Philippians 4:8 NIV

This is excellent advice! If we want a good life, we must prime our minds by thinking about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.
