I hadn't really thought that staying calm would help my health. But several Bible verses tell us this.
One way to improve our health is to train our minds to be calm in every situation. We can help ourselves to improve our health by doing this.
Another way is this. Remove anger, regret, resentment, guilt, blame, and worry. Then watch your health improve.
