Our choices on what we choose to think about will determine the outcome of our lives. We can choose to be bitter or better, but we can't be both. Or we can choose to be pitiful or powerful, but the same is true; you can't choose both.

Our Bible verse says, "I've set life and death before you today: both blessings and curses. Choose life, that it may be well with you—you and your children." Deuteronomy 30:19 ISV

We have choices to make each day. Our choices will either make life bitter or better. We will either be pitiful or powerful. But we need to remember that our choices affect our lives now and will also affect our children's lives.
