How do you feed your mind hope, truth, and love? First, you feed your mind when you spend time with the LORD and read His word.
Then, if you think negative thoughts about yourself, you can renew your mind by thinking and saying what God says about you. He says I am fearfully and wonderfully made. God loves me unconditionally and has an excellent plan for my life.
Our Bible verse says, Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. Romans 12:2 NLT
If we want to have the life Jesus died to give us, we can let God transform our thinking. Then, when we spend time with God, He will show us what is good and change us so we will become the people we were created to be.
