Too often, we let the past and the future steal our present. It's essential to live in the moment.
We go into a room and forget why we went there. I believe it may be because our minds are on something else. If we lived in the moment, this would happen less often.
Our Bible verse says, "This is the day which the LORD has made; Let us rejoice and be glad in it." Psalm 118:24 NASB
I love this verse. It says, "This is the day." Not yesterday was the day, or tomorrow is the day. We don't know what tomorrow will bring. But, I believe it's essential to live in this day and this moment.
Live in the moment. Let go of the past and do not worry about the future.
