Don't Fool Yourself

If we want to live the abundant life Jesus died to give us, we need to put what we know into practice. If we only read the Bible and don't do what it says, we are only fooling ourselves.

Our Bible verse says, "Don't just listen to God's word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves." James 1:22

When we know what God's word says and don't put it into practice, we are only fooling ourselves. If we want to live an abundant life, we need to practice what we know to do.
