I read a quote this morning that said, "God loves you and forgives all your mistakes. So why can't you love and forgive yourself?"
Interestingly, we can accept that God loves us, but we find it hard to love and forgive ourselves at times.
Our Bible verse says, You, Lord, are forgiving and good, abounding in love to all who call to You. Psalm 86:5 NLT
The Lord is forgiving and good. He abounds in love to all of us. He forgives us when we ask. Now we need to love and forgive ourselves.
Lord, help us love like we have been loved.
