Strong in Your Inner Self

Don't pray for an easy life. Instead, pray for inner strength to face all that comes with a good attitude. ~ Quotes ~

Boy, wouldn't it be nice if we had an easy life? But let's face it, we all have troubles in our lives. So since we have problems, how about praying for the strength to face each one with a good attitude.

Our Bible verse says, "I ask God from the wealth of His glory to give you power through His Spirit to be strong in your inner selves." Ephesians 3:16 GNT

If you ever studied Paul's prayers, you will find he never prayed for an easy life. Instead, he always prayed that the people would be strong in their inner selves. We can pray the same thing.

When we are firm in our inner selves, the outer things in life won't bother us as much.

Don't pray for an easy life. Instead, pray for inner strength to face all that comes with a good attitude.
