The way you treat yourself is the standard you set for others. ~ Quote ~
I heard a message on this quote not too long ago. I hadn't really thought about it but it's true. It's very important how we treat and present ourselves to others.
Today's Bible verse says, "She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future." Proverbs 31:25
This verse is talking about a virtuous woman but I believe it also relates to men. When we carry ourselves with strength and dignity this sets the standard for how others will treat us too.
The way you treat yourself is the standard you set for others.
