I'm a high strung type of person. I like things to happen in what I think is the right time...meaning right now most of the time! But thinking like this causes worry and stress. When I remember that God is in control and His timing is perfect, I tend to relax.
It's no wonder I have the following Bible verse on the wall as a reminder to relax and trust. "Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take." Proverbs 3:5&6 NLT
When we trust in the LORD with all our hearts we can relax knowing everything will happen in God's timing.
