Our Bible verses say, "There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under the heavens: A time to be quiet and a time to speak." Ecclesiastes 3:1&7
There is a time for everything. How many times have we said, "Boy, I wish I had said something or I wish I hadn't said that."
Wise men (people) are not always silent, but they know when to be. There is a time for everything. A time to speak and a time to be quiet.
