How many of you reading this think you will be around next New Year's Eve? If I asked for a show of hands I believe most of us would raise ours. Not to be negative, but the reality is there will be some of us reading this who won't.
This past year I've had several friends die. If I had asked them if they thought they would be around this New Year's Eve they would have undoubtedly said, "Yes!"
We do not know what the future holds. However, we don't need to live in fear or worry when we live in a relationship with Jesus, the One who does know.
We can make this year the best year yet! As we live in relationship with the LORD He will help us to be the best we can be. He has created us for a life of good works and He will help us to do them. (see Ephesians 2:10)
