Diet Is More Than What You Eat

Diet is not only what you eat. It's what you watch, listen to, read, and the people you hang around. Be mindful of things you put in your body emotionally, spiritually, and physically. ~ Inspirational Quotes ~
I truly believe that what we watch, listen to, read and the people we spend time with do affect our lives just as much as what we eat. What we feed our minds has a direct effect on our bodies.
If we want less stress in our lives and the results that stress causes we have to be very careful about what we allow. I've had to learn this the hard way.
This is one of my very favorite Bible verses. "Be careful how you think; your life is shaped by your thoughts." Proverbs 4:23 GNTA
What we watch, listen to, read, and the people we hang around with do affect our thinking. They can have either a positive or a negative effect on our lives. Diet is more than what you eat! Your life is also shaped by your thoughts.
