If we want to keep our peace we need to choose our thoughts carefully. When a thought threatens our peace we can release it. Why allow bad thoughts to steal our happiness.
Our Bible verse shows us how to keep our peace. "And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise...And the God of peace will be with you." Philippians 4:8&9
God's peace will be with us if we do our part and choose our thoughts carefully. We can keep thoughts that bring us peace and release thoughts that don't. Our happiness is just a thought away.
