The difference between try and triumph is a little umph! ~ Quotes
How many times have we heard a half-hearted, "Well, I tried." I'm sure we have even said it ourselves when we didn't want to put in more effort.
If we want to live a triumphant life we have to add that little umph to our try. Roger Staubach said, "There are no traffic jams along the extra mile." That's true. Lots of people won't put in that extra umph as they go along life's road.
Today's Bible verses say, Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men, Colossians 3:23 And whoever shall compel you to go one mile, go with him two. Matthew 5:41
If we want to have a triumphant life we need to put in more effort than just a half - hearted try. We will need to add that little umph and go the extra mile.
