Even when we mess things up in our lives God meets us where we are. When we give Him the broken parts of our lives he will mend them. When he does our broken things can become blessed things.
Our Bible verse today is a verse from the story of the prodigal son. "And while he was still a long way off, his Father saw him coming. Filled with love and compassion, He ran to his son, embraced him, and kissed him." Luke 15:20 NLT
Even though we may have made a mess of our situation God meets us where we are. He will run to us with love and compassion. "He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds." Psalm 147:3 NLT Our broken things can become blessed things when we let God do the mending.
