Words are like seeds. They have creative power. What kind of seeds are we planting?
Now that's a good question! What kind of seeds are we planting when we talk to ourselves as well as others? In the book of Isaiah it says we will eat the fruit of our words. Are we planting seeds of love and kindness?
It's important to think about our words and how much power they actually have. I like to remind myself that words created the Universe. And God said.... Think about that!
Use loving words that build yourself and others up. Remember our words are like seeds. They have creative power.
