Here I am, Lord. Send me! ~ Here I Am Quotes ~

A lot of us have sung the song "Here I Am, Lord" in church. It's a beautiful hymn. But I wonder how many have actually put these words into action. Do we really want to be sent by the Lord?

These words are easy to sing, but we miss many opportunities unless we put the words into action.

When Todd died, I didn't know this song or these words. However, I did say, "If You can use me, I'm available." I believe this is saying the same thing.

I take absolutely no credit for anything good that has happened. It has been all God's work in me. I know if God can use me, He can and will use anyone who says, "Here I am. Send me!

Our Bible verse says, Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, 'Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” Isaiah 6:8 NIV

The Lord is speaking to each of us! Will we answer the question? Here I am, Lord. Send me!
