Isn't that our problem? Well, it is mine anyway. I give it to God, but the next thing I know, I'm rethinking the same situation.

Our Bible verse says. Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28 NLT

We can go to Jesus, and He will give us the rest. We do not need to mentally carry heavy burdens that tire and exhaust us.

Give it to God and stop taking it back.
