I have found that when I stop overthinking things and put my complete trust in God, I am helped. I don't understand how it works, but I know from experience that it does.

Our Bible verse says. The LORD is my strength and shield. I trust Him with all my heart. He helps me. Psalm 28:7

The LORD will help us when we put our complete trust in Him. He is our strength and always takes care of us.
