God uses our hard times to build our faith and draw us closer to Him. When we keep our trust in Him, we are helped. We all have hard times; that's life. But we are helped when we trust God to see us through.

Our Bible verse says. The LORD is my strength and shield. I trust Him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving. Psalm 28:7 NIV

When we trust the LORD to help us through our hard times, we can have a heart filled with joy and thanksgiving.
