Grief can drain you of emotions. Trying to understand situations can be emotionally exhausting. But if we decide not to try to figure people out and love them anyway, we can be a lot happier.

Our Bible verse says. Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. John 13:34

Jesus loves us with all of our imperfections. So we do ourselves a favor by loving other people the same way.
