Don't let your heart be troubled. ~ Peace Quotes ~

This verse is easier said than done. When we go through difficult times and receive unexpected news, it's not easy to let our hearts not be troubled.

I know what happens to me when I don't get myself under control in difficult times. I experience health issues caused by the stress.

Our Bible verse says. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not be afraid. John 14:27 NIV

Jesus has left us with peace. It's up to us not to let ourselves be troubled or afraid. This is easier said than done, but it's possible because it's in the Bible.
