This quote doesn't say not to talk. It says not to talk too much. There's a big difference. If you're a talker like I am, this is hard not to do. I like to talk. But talking too much can lead to trouble.

Our Bible verse says. The more you worry, the more likely you will have bad dreams. The more you talk. The more likely you are to say something foolish. Ecclesiastes 5:3 TEV

I read this verse yesterday, and it caught my attention. If we worry too much, we are likely to have bad dreams. And if we talk too much, we will likely say something foolish.

Don't talk or worry too much.
