Thankful For Small Things

This week, I searched the house for a small calendar I was sure I had bought. I could not find it anywhere, so I went to Dollar Tree to see if they had any left.

I walked into the store and immediately asked the manager if they happened to have any left. She pointed me to a spot at the checkout. Lo and behold, there was one left. It was exactly what I was looking for. I was so thankful!

Today's Bible verse says. Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. James 1:17 ESV

This last calendar was a good and perfect gift from God. Although small, I needed it and thanked God for His blessing.
