Everyone experiences times when they feel they have been knocked down. But we have a choice to get up and move forward again.

Our Bible verse says. Even if good people fall seven times, they will get back up. Proverbs 24:16 CEV

We may fall seven times, but we can always get back up! We can be up and at 'em!
