It's wonderful to look back and see the many things we have to thank God for. But looking forward is also a blessing, knowing we can trust God with our future.

Today's Bible verses say. Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. This will be healing for your body and strengthening for your bones. Proverbs 3:5 & 8.

When we trust the Lord completely, we reap the benefits. For example, we relieve stress in our bodies. I am a witness to this! My health improved when I started to trust the LORD and stopped worrying!

Look back and thank God. Look forward and trust God.
