After I walk on the treadmill, I enjoy watching an uplifting program on TV. Today, when I turned on the TV, something was wrong, so I turned it off. I was disappointed, but I started to notice that I was enjoying the complete quietness of the morning.

Today's Bible verse came to my mind. Be still, and know that I am God! Psalm 46:10

When we know God is God, our troublesome thoughts seem to disappear.

Relax, God is in control.
