It's our choice what we choose to focus on. It's interesting to know that what we focus on will grow. Focusing on good things will make our lives more enjoyable for us and those around us.

Our Bible verse says. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Philippians 4:8 NLT

If we fixed our focus on the things that were excellent and worthy of praise, it would make our lives more enjoyable! It's our choice.
