It takes discipline and self-control to keep negative thoughts out of our minds. We can't be passive about it. We must give these intruders eviction notices that they are not welcome anymore!

Then, we can fill our minds with thoughts of faith, hope, and victory! Victory is won or lost in our minds.

Our Bible verses say, Take every thought captive to obey Christ.

2 Corinthians 10:5: Fix your thoughts on what is true, honorable, correct, pure, lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Philippians 4:8

We can keep the intruders out by taking every thought captive! To do this, we must think thoughts that are positive, excellent, and worthy of praise! What a way to live!
