Resting is not a waste of time. When we rest, our energy is restored. Sometimes, resting is the most productive thing we can do.

Our Bible verse says Jesus said, "Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28 NLT

When we spend time with the LORD, we enter His rest. Our minds, bodies, and our Spirits relax. Our energy is restored, and we can be our best.

Sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is to relax.
