If we want to have the abundant life Jesus died to give us, we must train our minds. Thinking positively is a choice. Our happiness in life does depend on the quality of our thoughts.

Our Bible verse says. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Philippians 4:6 NLT

There we have it! We need to fix our thoughts on what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable. Also, whatever is excellent and worthy of praise.
