Why is it so hard to ask for help? Let's face it we can't take another breath without God's help. Too often, we struggle along in life, never thinking we could ask God for His help.

Today's Bible verse says. "The LORD gives His people strength. The LORD blesses them with peace." Psalm 29:11 NLT

The LORD will give us the strength for whatever we need. I don't care if it's just to keep a good attitude when life happens. He will also give us peace amid the storms. Ask then remember to say, Thank You.
