Eros, Storge, Philia, and Agape are different types of love present in the Bible.
"Eros" is the Greek word for romantic love between a man and a woman.
"Philia" is the Greek word used to describe deep, meaningful friendships.
"Agape" is the Greek word for sacrificial, self-giving love primarily concerned with the good of someone else.
Our Bible verse says. “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
God's love for us is Agape love. God didn't just say He loves us. He proved His love's depth, height, and breadth by sending Jesus to die for our sins. It was love that took Jesus to the cross, and it was love that held Him there.
Jesus said, “By this, all people will know that you are my disciples if you have love for one another” John 13:35.
What a way to live!
