I'm still learning that when I put my problems in God's hands, I feel peace in my emotions. If I don't feel calm, then I know I still have not cast my care on Him.

Today's Bible verse says. Give all your worries and cares to God, for He cares about you. 1 Peter 5:7 NLT

It's great to know that God cares for us. He wants us to give Him all of our worries and cares. Thank You, LORD!
