It's easy to text or call someone when we have trouble, but if we pray first, we may see things differently.

Our Bible verse says. God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 NIV

God is always with us. He is our refuge and strength. He is ever-present to help us in our troubles. So it's best to go to Him first before talking to other people.
