There are opportunities every day to be kind. Saying something kind costs us nothing. We need to find, take, and make the time to be kind. A smile or saying a kind word shows that recognizing another person is essential. A kind word can even help heal deep wounds.

Our Bible verse says. Kind words are like honey--sweet to the taste and good for your health. Proverbs 16:24 GNT

There ya go. Kind words are sweet, and they are also good for our own health and the health of others.
