We all have so much to be thankful for. Yes, we all have things we can complain about, but we also have so much to be grateful for. The happiest people are thankful people.

When I think about all the good things in my life and say, Thank You, Lord, it lifts any negativity off of me. I feel better!

Our Bible verse says, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Philippians 4:6 NIV

When we pray with thanksgiving, it changes the way we pray. We focus on our blessings more. We no longer feel as anxious when we make our requests with thanksgiving. Being thankful is for our benefit!
