Every time you find humor in a difficult situation, you win.

Being upset and out of control in a difficult situation can make us miserable. However, we win every time we find humor in a difficult situation.

I have been in challenging situations where I would have broken down if I had not found the humor in them. I'm sure many of you can relate to this.

Our Bible verse says A happy heart is a good medicine. And a joyful mind causes healing. Proverbs 17:22

Having a sense of humor in challenging situations is good medicine! It helps us deal with the problem at hand and causes healing to our minds.

Every time you find humor in a difficult situation, you win.
