There are many things we do not understand. Sometimes we can stress ourselves out trying to understand why things happen. I've done this myself and have paid the consequences.

Our Bible verse has helped me. Trust the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your understanding. Proverbs 3:5 NLT

When I don't understand, I tell myself the LORD does, and I need to trust Him. This attitude helps me relax and not stress myself trying to understand everything.
