Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? It may be time to do something about it. Sometimes we need to take a step of faith to achieve our goals in life.

I have two couples who are FB friends and Life Coaches. They work with people to help them achieve their goals. Sheri Stropky Hutson and Mike Hutson were from Dover, Ohio, where we used to live. They now live in Colorado. Danette Doyle and Jim Doyle live in Stanwood, Michigan.

Our Bible verse says, For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self-discipline. 2 Timothy 1:7 NIV Also, remember, I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. Philippians 4:13

We can step out in faith and try new things. God has given us power, love, and self-discipline. And we can do all things through Christ, who will provide us with His strength.
