A Sacrifice Of Praise

We all have been through difficult times. However, I found out years ago that when times were the most challenging, I felt much better if I purposely started to praise God. I may not have felt like it at first, but I learned it worked to uplift my mood.

Our Bible verse says, Therefore, let us offer through Jesus a continual sacrifice of praise to God, proclaiming our allegiance to His name. Hebrews 13:15 NLT

Because of all Jesus has done for us, we always have something to be grateful for. When we go through hard times, we can offer a sacrifice of praise and watch how this lifts our moods.
